About Mestizaje sin Fronteras
We are a dining place that wants to be recognized as a modern Mexican restaurant with a known brand name given the fact that Mexican restaurants are nowhere to be seen. We like to prepare Mexican cuisines that are prepared using cooking techniques borrowed from different parts of the world. Also we promote the use of regional ingredients to establish recognition for locally products. Perhaps that is the reason why we offer artisan beer and a 100 % Mexican wine menu that is not commonly seen. Rest assured we never experience complacency in terms of ensuring food quality.
