Hechizo means “enchantment” or a “spell”. Hechizo is owned and operated by husband and wife who work as a team, Chef Stefan Schober and Pastry Chef Ying-Hui Thai Low (Hui). They started their work on December 24, 2003. Since then they have been working passionately and create flavorful, unique dining experiences and memorable food for their guests ever since their first day of work.
At Hechizo, business is on a small scale and personal. Chef Stefan runs the kitchens himself along with a team of two cooks. All the work of the kitchen that includes daily shopping for fresh and quality ingredients, creating the food menus and inspecting each dish after it is prepared. Chef Ying Hui makes delicious pastries, looks after reservations and the front-of-the-house with a small team of two dedicated staff.
