ESL transfers
jason roman3rd time we have used this place. I always knew they were a top notch company but this time they went above and beyond. They have a small but effective operation which prides itself on customer service. Pick at the airport was prompt as usual and If you can't find your driver in their ESL logo shirt, ask another company and they will they will find them for you or show you where ESL is.
Rosario was our driver and he immediately greeted us and loaded our luggage. The 45 minute trip to Playa del Carmen was comfy in the nice clean van and spacious since we were the only ones. Not to many people know about this Gem! Before we knew it. we were at our resort because enjoyed the safe drive and plesent converstion with Rosario. After we were dropped off, I was hoping to get Rosario for the return trip too (which usually happens because of their small personal company).
Here's were it gets really awesome. After our week in paradise, it was time to go and I lost track of time in the morning before we were to be picked up. I wanted to confirm our pick up time and was worried about missing it so I opened up the chat box on their website and and immediately got a response that someone would be there at the scheduled time (printed on the resevation) which in my case was in 15 MINUTES!
Emanule also told me Rosario would be our driver too. So I ran to loby were I met Rosario right at the door and told him we would need an extra half hour. Normally, not a good thing because most companies can"t wait because they can lose money or have a strict shedule to keep. Rosario called his boss and explained the situation to him which they said it would not be a problem. We kept our 30 minute promise and made it back to the loby, where Rosario loaded up our bags while we checked out, and then got us to the airport safely. Keep in mind, they give you plenty of time before your flight, but it is not to wait on you to get ready!
To make a long story short, (too late), ESL will make sure your taken care of, whether you want some refeshments for your pick up or drop off, a knowledgable, friendly and safe driver, great communication,(I recomend using the chat feature if you have access to the website), and flexability within reason of course. So, this is a repeat customer and high recommendation to others looking for a standout transportation company. See you next year amigos!
