About Va Q Va!

El restaurante Va q' Va!!! fué fundado en el año 2005 por Don Edgar Guzmán y su familia. Año en el que el huracán Wilma devastó la ciudad de Cancún, Quintana Roo y sus poblados cercanos. Ese mismo año Don Edgar Guzmán que se desempeñaba como taxista del Sindicato de Taxistas de Cancún, pierde su empleo por falta de turismo debido a los estragos dejados por el paso del huracán.
Buscando dar a su familia un ingreso económico, comienza a vender en el garaje de su casa pescado fresco. Poco a poco y con buena actitud ante las adversidades, el negocio empieza a tener clientela y entonces Don Edgar ofrece a ellos la posibilidad de llevar el pescado frito a casa por unos pocos pesos adicionales, y hasta aderezos "diabla" y "BBQ".
