The shops at 5ta y 8 is a new retail proposal that the firm plans to inaugurate in 2015 with mix of international brands and world-renowned restaurants.
The property was purchased with the objective of redeveloping an Avant Garde boutique project in one of the best corners of Playa del Carmen. It is comprised of 2,000 m2 of buildable space and 2,000 m2 of leasable area.
