This is part of Posada Suuk, which is situated just four blocks away from Coco Beach in Playa del Carmen. Mayan influence can be noticed in its architectural style with features such as palapas, wood and high roofs. Palapa Suuk, which has a cool garden nearby, is located on the third floor and is a wonderful place to engage in yoga, meditations, Tai Chi and Chi Kung. Other options on offer include: Danza, chants, rituals and concerts.
The El Huerto garden provides vegetables, medicinal plants and other types of greenery. You can treat yourself to tasty, homemade cuisine at El Sangha-Rito restaurant, which also provides good vegetarian food. Handmade items from Mexico and elsewhere and healing supplements, amongst others, can be bought from Tiendita Palapa Suuk.
Spa services are also available with different types of massages, which include Thai yoga massage, provided. There are also healers, therapists and mind specialists on ground.
