Mega Cozumeljudy nery
I used to shop in Mega store in Cozumel as I find it cheaper compare to US. But today I went there to do my normal shopping but I was in a rush and I just paid my bill until I went back on the ship it seems like the cashier charged me too much in dollars. My total bill in peso is 569.20 and asked me for US$46.02. I checked the exchange rate online and the exchange rate is US$1 = 20pesos. It looks like I paid US$18 more. I just want to make sure that it's an honest mistake. I hope to hear an answer from you soon. I will be back on your store next week I hope I can talk to somebody in-charge about my inquiry.
