Finally after years of planning and savings, Chef Kris Wallenta had opened the restaurant Kinta in December, 2007. It was a desire of Chef Kris Wallenta to be able to create a warm Mexican Bistro that mainly focused on the quality and freshness of food. This was the driving force behind Kinta and made him work passionately to acquire his desire. Wallenta’s vision and dream of Mexican cuisine advancing to the 21st century was flavorful, fun and sophisticated as well.
