About Hartwood Tulum

At Tulum’s beach road near the forest, a restaurant Hartwood Tulum is located which provides an open air fresh environment.

The only source of energy available there is solar energy and remarkably whole restaurant is running on its solar panels. No electric devices are used there to cook food and all the work is done by hands only.

Open grill and wood burning oven are utilized for cooking food at Hartwood.

By using only locally farm raised animals and plants like pork, fishes etc. they become a huge support to their community.

As they use only farm fresh products and ingredients, their menu alters every day.
