This bank is located in the center of Tulum directly off the main city plaza. There can often be long lines at the bank so arriving early is a good idea. Lines get longer near payday as well.

There are many HSBC atms around Tulum. The ones that I know of off hand are at Super San Francsico Tulum and Chadraui Supermarket in Tulum as well as at Super Mar Caribe next to Don Cafeto Tulum. But these atm machines are in stores in Tulum so will close when the stores close.

There are also atms in downtown Tulum at the bank itself. These atms are open 24 hours. These ones i know have the option of giving you dollars as well.
