Do not hire a car with this company. We hired one for a day out, when it turned up it had more bodywork damage than a car that had been in a stock car race. Apart from that, the worst part was when we got a puncture we found that half the car jack system was missing so we could not jack the car up and replace the tyre. We had to wait for an hour and a half until a kind Mexican stopped to help..... I had phoned the office for help but the just put the phone down on us and left us stranded. Shocking company, avaoid at all costs

We rented a car from them. The next day they charged our credit card twice for the rental. We contacted them about the problem by Email and by phone. They kept the money and just blew us off. Use extreme caution if you are going to use this company!!

We rang the Playa Aventuras branch and got terrible treatment. Alfredo at the branch said he would drop the car off to us by 7pm (we rang at 4 in the afternoon). We waited all evening for him and he never showed up. The next morning we rang the office again and Alfredo said he would drop the car off to us in 25minutes. After an hours wait I rang him back and asked him if he was coming and if it was soon. He replied 'Do you want the car or not?' and then he hung up on me. Stay away from Go Carrito. Saving a few dollars here is not worth spoiling your holiday.
