Érase una vez en Monterrey Nuevo León, unos primos echando una carnita asada y como no habían tortillas de maíz sólo bimbollos decidieron armarla mejor de hamburguesas; inició la fiesta y se pusieron a experimentar que ponerle a la carne, así que echaron al asador camarones, champiñones, tocino, combinación de carnes y quesos y todo lo que encontraron en el refri y como la abuela de estos primos les heredó un molino manual pos aventaban pedazos de Rib eye, sirloin y arrachera y molían hasta sacar una mezcla deliciosa de carne para las hamburguesas.
