Cenote Pet Cemetery

Address:13 km North of Tulum on Federal Highway 307, Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico

It is an extremely attractive cenote very deep in the forest that is reached through the Dos Ojos cenotes entry. It is called Pet Cemetery because different animal skeletons were found in the cenote including the fossilized remains of a dead primitive camel.This cenote is at number two in the list of the longest underwater cave systems all over the world. Major part of Pet Cemetery is extremely shallow having a depth of roughly 3 meters on average. It’s among the most embellished cenotes having white fragile formations like columns, stalagmites and stalactites, in a wonderful clearness of water generating a mirror like impact in a crystal palace. 

Pet Cemetery is an extremely attractive dive; small rooms and big rooms are there, all superbly decorated with sophisticated decorations. The speleothems are extremely delicate. In addition to this there’s much slit.
