About Cenote Kukulcan
You can reach the cenote close to Puerto Aventuras on a fine quality dirt road. There is a little restaurant near the cavern entrance, tables, rest rooms and a fine parking lot. A part of the Chac Mool cave system is extremely trendy for first-time cavern dives, because there’s abundance of sunlight in the cavern area and all its passageways are wide and big.
The amazing Kukulcan Cenote is a big blue pool which has formed all over the boundaries of a collapse in jungle scenery.Fresh and salty water, fresh-water turtles, fossils, some little stalactites. There’s a little bit of everything, however the main attraction of this site is the unbelievable "laser show" provided by the beams of sunshine piercing the water.
